1949 Packard 22 Series Super 8 4 door Sedan
1949 Packard Series 22 Super 8 Touring Sedan finished in Sylvan Green paint. Paint shows decent; chrome and brightwork shows well overall. Rear bumper starting to show its age, see pics. Powered by a 327 ci Inline 8 that is paired with a Manual transmission with overdrive. This hood is also piano-style where it will open both ways! Riding on the wide white wall tires with packard wheel covers. Brown cloth bench seat interior with very stock looking dash. Some recent service work includes all 4 wheel cylinders done, front brake hoses, manifold gasket, and master cylinder. This car comes with a history notebook over the years of service work as well as original owners manual plus a plethora of spare parts that are included with purchase; see pics. Electric fuel pump has been installed along the line and switch is located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Radio powers up, did not get any stations. Wipers are vacuum operated and are working! This is believed to be an original mile car as well, 56,730. We cannot confirm but previous owner did have this car for some time. Stock sounding Packard!
