    Description

    The Detectron Company, Model DG-2/DG-7 Geiger Counter with external probe with beta shield. Marketed for Uranium prospecting for 0 in 1953. Looks to be in great condition; sold as-is. Includes original wood box. Same model used in various movies in that era as per the national radiation instrument catalog.
    I inherited it from the original owner from LA who attended one of the Nevada nuclear bomb tests as a military contractor.
