In its second year, the 1968 Chevrolet Camaro was gaining popularity and was strong competition for the Mustang. The 1968 Camaro was virtually the same as the '67 model except that the '68 model no longer had vent windows with the introduction of the Astro Ventilation. This particular 68 Camaro Convertible is powered by its original Numbers Matching 327 Cubic Inch V8 motor with a single 4 barrel carburetor mated to a Powerglide Automatic Transmission. With power steering, driving this 1968 Camaro is easy and enjoyable. Dual exhaust gives this Chevy a great muscle car sound. This great Camaro example is a great color combination of Bright Red with the White Convertible Top. Add the accents of the white stripes and SS hood this Chevy sure looks the part of a serious muscle car. This 68 Chevy sits on 4 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires with rally rims with beauty rings which makes for a good look and smooth ride. Front and rear spoilers complete the exterior look of this Camaro. The interior of this 68 Camaro Convertible features Red Vinyl Bucket seats with the "Horseshoe" automatic shifter in the center console. The red and woodgrain padded dash and steering wheel look stock and present very well. You can also enjoy all of your tunes on the upgraded aftermarket Kenwood Entertainment System. If you are in need of a great cruiser and want the summer fun of a convertible we have one right here at Ellingson's in Rogers. Take a look, we are sure you will like what you see!
