    1. DO NOT REMOVE, DESTROY OR CUT ANY TAGS, REGISTRATION, CARE, BROCHURES CARDS OR THE RETURN LABEL ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. THE RETURN WILL BE VOID IF ANY OF THESE IS MISSING, REMOVED OR CUT. There is a 20% restocking fee to cover cost of true physical time/administrative costs.
    2. Email within (1 day) 24 hours after receiving your item to initiate a return. I will email a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
