This is an aftermarket air Filter /regulator / lubricator for many automotive Lifts made by CHALLENGER LIFTS.
This regulates your air pressure, oils the outgoing air, and is a water separator. They are located on top of the power column on many newer 4 post CHALLENGER LIFTS and are between the shop air supply and the lift. They are also found on all challenger and ammco rolling bridge jacks  to clean and oil the jack pump air.
This fits 4 post models such as 40efo, 40exo, 40eoo ect., 44018, 4015xfx, and rolling jack models rj6, rj7, rj7.5.
These were also used on some 4 post and 2 post lift used in a power / air station on the side of the lift for air tool lubrication.
It fits in small and areas and has 1/4 npt ports on both sides.This comes with a built in bracket that can be used or this can just hang from solid piping if needed.
Note: on early challenger lifts this bracket might be a little different so you can swap your bracket over or just re-drill one whole for this one to work.
