Comes from a smoke free pet free home.
I am not a professional grader. In my opinion there is little to no wear, and the poster looks Very Good - Near Mint. There may be small tears at the center of the folds, but the corners all look pristine.
The lobby cards are 11x14. They are decent sized. They are all pristine condition.
