Hijinks at a Washington D.C taxi company and its eccentric drivers and customers, the plot revolves around a stolen ,000 violin in one of the cabs.  Fantastic border art of Mr. T and cast!  This card #7 is about mid-grade with pinholes at corners and some surface smudging.
