The product should be in original condition. (Items that show signs of usage, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.) and in its original box along with all accompanied documents.
Items should be returned to us within 14 days from date of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receipt of return.
Item that returned without RA(Return Authorization) request, we are not going to process it. So, please feel free to request a return.
We will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Items Listed "FREE SHIPPING" still cost us money to ship. If you wish to return an item, we will deduct original shipping charges from your refund.
Shipping charges for returning the item will be buyer's responsibility.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

I Can not be held responsible for further shipping costs if your item is undeliverable due to a faulty, non existent or unfound address also if item is returned to me you will be responsible for those charges too before I reship the item again so please make sure your delivery address is correct!
