Star Wars 1983 Return of The Jedi set of 11 Jumbo lobby stills large 16x20 MINT condition 39 Years Old
I bought this set in May 1984 from a dealer called The Movie Poster Place (I still have the original package they were shipped in- see photo) a year after the movie came out. Next year will be the 40
th
anniversary of the film’s release
These are not re-issues but the real 39 year old deal-Theaters were everywhere in those days and these would have been used with other paper type material to advertise the upcoming film and then thrown away. I was lucky to get a set that was never sent out or used
They look like the day I received them-you will not find a better set
I stored them away in a sealed bag in a dark closet-WOW-they look terrific-I still have the shipping sleeve they were sent in
“Rare” gets used a lot but in this condition they are -totally unused. No fading, dings or bent corners

very glossy heavy photo stock
-used in promoting the film
They were purchased to collect and stored in a plastic bag
I took one photo of the shipping carton from 1984. The backs of the lobby stills are not yellowed
