    Description

    This medal celebrates the first railroad to cross the Allegheny Mountains and using the first Skew Arch Bridge in the country and it is still on site to this day. The medal on one side depicts the Skew Arch Bridge other side shows the steam train that pulled the canal boats over the Allegheny Mountains. Nice details. Metal made of bronze. The only one I have ever seen and I am 80 years young and live only 7 miles from this historic site.
