VTG Academy Motion Picture Tribute Poster - James Dean- Framed (1983)

Description

Up for you consideration is this great piece of cinematic history...a poster marking a tribute event held on January 24, 1983 at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater honoring James Dean: one of the most iconic male figures in film history. This is a second edition print designed by Max King, with the AMPAS Copyright at bottom. Frame is a higher-end photographic frame (around new).
Condition: USED but in good overall condition for age and material. This poster was framed in a nice sealed frame (has seal around edge. There is a light moisture mark along the bottom edge (approx. 1 " tall, but varies). I'm not sure where this came from: it can also be seen along the back edge (foam board that the poster is museum mounted to). Could have been from sweating to base before my ownership...I'm not sure...but it does not have any odor or mold issues at all. It's a great piece that shows well. It wasn't bad enough for me to want to re-frame it, but you could if you chose to cover bottom edge...I don't think it needs it.
