Units came from seller's coin operated laundry.  All units were in working condition when removed
Units have been modified based on factory specs for one wash cycle and two rinse cycles
to reduce water consumption and reduce run time to allow faster turnover
Units have custom decal modification to modify cycle dial labeling and operating instructions
Units may be easily reversed to factory cycle settings if desired and original style decals may be installed in place of modified decals
Units do not include any warranty beyond sale date.  Seller will assist by phone with any initial operating issues
Units have been stored in climate controlled area of our laundry for two years; minor initial startup issues may be expected
Units will be tested for proper operation prior to pickup or shipping
Units are priced to sell and pickup at our location by buyer's personnel
Will ship but may require additional fee to prepare and load
